Say your Big Thank You here

From staff and carers on the frontline, to the people who remove our rubbish and keep the power on, from food suppliers keeping shelves stocked and deliveries coming, to volunteers looking out for the more vulnerable people in your area; there has never been a better time to show your appreciation for the key workers and carers in our community.

If you’d like to show your support for frontline staff, key workers and those delivering key services across the city, please share your Big Thank You message here.

A Big Thank You to All Peadiatric and Repsitory Staff!

I would like to say a big thank you to the Cystic Fibrosis Team, Ward 12 (nonexistent now but I'm still thankfull to the staff) Seacroft Outpatients, Orthopeadics, Dieticians, Dr Peckham, Dr Brownlee and Dr Tim. All the nurses and doctors who have cared for me over the past 22 years and continue to care for me now. My illness was a complete mystery to everyone for a while until I was finally diagnosed with Chronic Lung Disease, Partial Lung Collapse and Bronchiecstasis! This lead to me being ventilated and having a feeding tube 24/7. There were many times my family were told I wouldn't make it but thanks to their care, here I am 22 years later! All the staff I have interacted with over my time have been amazing and I couldn't thank them enough! I don't see much of them now due to not needing the feeding tube or ventilation any more, but that is because of their amazing care and treatment! I wouldn't be who I am today and again I cannot express just how truly grateful I am to them all. Thank you so much! You guys are amazing! Keep doing what you're doing!
