It’s my first time staying in a country that far away from my home country but she is so kind and makes me feel like home.

A huge thank you to the staff at breast outpatients clinic who handled my very scary GP referral in the most sensitive manner.

I want to thank Chapel Allerton Hospital for my recent operation. The operation itself was as easy as possible, and the information for my rehabilitation has helped me get back to full fitness and play football once again after having to take a year out.

I want to say a big thank you to all the respiratory team on J10, J12 and the respiratory day unit. Over the past year they have helped me a lot though some of my toughest times with my asthma and found suitable treatment. I’d like to thank the respiratory nurse on the day unit for never failing to put a smile on me and go above and beyond to help me overcome any barriers that may face with my asthma.

I would also like to thank all the A&E staff for repeatedly helping me when attending for asthma attacks and supporting me in getting better and going above and beyond to help!

One of my children had severe asthma when she was small and the team at the children's unit looked after her well.
