Just a note to say how proud & humbled I am by you all. Each and every one of us make a difference every single day. Our patients and their families need us more than ever now.
We will step up, ’cause that’s what we do. It’s not just a job to us, it’s “our vocation”, we all genuinely care. Tough times may be ahead but if we all laugh, cry, smile, support and trust in one another I know we will get through. We all have amazing skills and that’s what make us the best at what we do.
Thank you for being a TEAM, always pulling together and supporting each other. You all make me so proud. We are not just colleagues, we are an NHS family & as a family, please talk to each other about worries. Watch out for one another. Stay strong. Stay safe.
