On submission your message will be moderated and then published on to this site.

If you are happy for us to share your message with external parties we may feature your message in the local media, or share it on our other campaign sites and social media. If you provide an image we may use the image on the site and on social media platforms to promote this campaign. Your image will not be used for any other campaign.

We will also use your submitted information for analysis purposes, to report back on the success of our campaign. This will be on an anonymous and generic basis rather than an individual basis.

Any contact details or email address data collected is never passed on to any third parties. However, we may use your email address to provide a Gravatar that will appear alongside your thank you. If you are happy for us to contact you about your message you may receive further communications from us, but these will only relate to this specific campaign or health information specific to the answers you have given.
