V grateful to Menston Guiseley Practice @nhsleeds Rang 4pm, concerned about my 12 year old. Knew it was more than a cold. Lovely Dr Kenneth saw us tonight. Pneumonia, but hopefully on the mend with meds. Thanked him & reception staff for listening & helping #PrimaryCareAtItsBest
