A big thank you to Steph Smith from the BPD network. After years of struggling with mental health and couple of admissions to Becklin after suicide attempts I was directed to the BPD network team Leeds. Steph was allocated as my care co-ordinator. She has taught me strategies to re think my issues when they arrive, supported and advised me. She’s not only helped me but advised my husband and helped me with my son. Without this support I honestly don’t think I would have come this far! Thank you just isn’t enough!
